Menu:
Prime Rib of Beef (16oz. boneless cut of prime rib served with Au Jus)

Chicken Cordon Bleu (boneless skinless breast of chicken stuffed with imported baby Swiss and honey roasted ham, encased in a pastry puff and roasted. Topped with béchamel sauce)

Salmon Baklava (salmon topped with a pecan crumb and honey mustard sauce)
(Above all served with Twice Baked Stuffed Potato and Broccoli Florets)

Pasta Primavera (Penne pasta tossed with buttered vegetables and Italian seasonings
with Alfredo sauce)

All served with Garden Fresh Tossed Salad with House Italian Balsamic Vinaigrette,
dinner rolls, butter, coffee, tea and cake

HEALING PRAYER SERVICE

 Mr. William Champine of St. Joseph’s Parish Cohoes, will be conducting a healing service on Tuesday, June 17^th at 7:00PM in St. Joseph’s Church. All are invited to participate in this evening of prayer for healing of body, mind and spirit.

CAN AND BOTTLE DRIVE

Containers have been placed in the vestibule of the church to collect donations of deposit bottles and cans. The fundraising effort is for the benefit of the St. Joseph’s Organ refurbishment fund. The tall, black, plastic lined plastic containers are for bottles and can collection only. Please do not place anything else in these containers. Thank you for your continued generosity toward this effort.
