Prime Rib of Beef (16oz. boneless cut of prime rib served with Au Jus)

Chicken Cordon Bleu (boneless skinless breast of chicken stuffed with imported baby Swiss and honey roasted ham, encased in a pastry puff and roasted. Topped with béchamel sauce)

Salmon Baklava (salmon topped with a pecan crumb and honey mustard sauce)
(Above all served with Twice Baked Stuffed Potato and Broccoli Florets)

Pasta Primavera (Penne pasta tossed with buttered vegetables and Italian seasonings
with Alfredo sauce)

All served with Garden Fresh Tossed Salad with House Italian Balsamic Vinaigrette,
dinner rolls, butter, coffee, tea and cake

Souvenir commemorative booklet
A souvenir commemorative booklet is being prepared to mark the anniversary of the parish . The publication will include a history of the parish and ads ranging from 1/2 page to 1/8 page. Three line memorials and one line patron notations may also be purchased.

NEVER TOO LATE
There is still time to include your memorial or patron ad in our 140^th Anniversary Commemorative book. Different sizes and options are available. Ads may be submitted until the last week of July. Please pick up a form at the entrances of the church. Copies of the book can be ordered on the same form for $25 each.
